Restaurant Member designed our most recent and third web site. Working with John Nemz, Jr. has been a positive and professional experience. The web site exceeded my expectations and the additional services that we contracted for, like the mobile app and email template were completed in a timely manner, professionally and with a positive attitude. Their assistance in mobile marketing and The Restaurant Member service platform has been greatly appreciated, respectful of my budget and easy to understand. John has been quick to return phone calls and emails with any questions I have had and has always been happy to assist me. While this may be what your company expects from their suppliers, it is not what I always receive from all partners in this industry. I only wish I had met Restaurant Member sooner.
